customers day by day are more lazy and used to make their queries with voice messages such as whatsapp, I know that this is already in many platforms available including chatgpt, it would be excellent to have this functionality.

A new type of AI nudge which can be users who complete the checkout, asking them for feedback, recommending other products or offering them discounts on their future purchases.

Manifest does a great job on livechat, could we also add WhatsApp as a channel?

Currently, we can upload PDFs which have searchable text as data sources. Enabling OCR would also allow us to upload scanned PDFs as images.

When I close the website, my old chat with the bot is lost. Can we allow customers to continue the chat in the same session?

Currently, only the product description added on Shopify along with metafields & tags are synced in Manifest. Option to scrape the entire product page can help sync data added using theme builders/3rd party apps as well.

I would like to collect their email before starting a conversation, even on the product page. Currently, we can identify customers only when they are logged in on Shopify or when they give their email themselves in the chat.
